Throw Ins

Throw Ins- Taken by the RM or LM. In Zone A it is too dangerous to do anything but throw down the line. Try to let the other team knock the ball out to gain field position. Zone B -Play 1,2,3,4.
Zone C - long throw into the penalty box or down the end line. DO NOT THROW BACK TO OUR OWN GOAL

Note the set up for a throw-in. The RM is throwing in the ball. The RF has the line. The AM and CF are level with the edge of the penalty box. The LM and LD are in line with the edge of the arc and the circle.
