Defender (9) slides to his right and comes forward. Player (1) fakes a corner and passes back softly on the ground so that player (9) can cross with one touch. A good opponent will try to trap offsides when the pass is made back to (9). Note that players (7 & 8) have to rotate to provide adequate defensive coverage.
